Our fee pays for the work we do on your search, so once we've sent your options it can't be refunded. This applies whether or not you like the options, decide to book, change your plans, or find that a fare has changed.

The one exception: if we can't send you any option at all for your route and dates, we return your fee in full. Please ask us anything you like before you pay.

If you're not an airline, how can you find me flights?

Airlines and booking sites publish their fares, and anyone can buy from them. What takes time is comparing them all. Our team does that for you, across dates, routes, nearby airports and sellers. Because we're independent, no airline pays us to push its flights, so our only job is finding what suits you.

Is the service fee part of my ticket price?

No. Our service fee is completely separate. It pays for our service. Your ticket is a separate payment that you make to the airline or booking site. The service fee is non-refundable and does not include your ticket price.

Can I get my service fee back?

The service fee is non-refundable once we've sent your options, whether or not you like them or decide to book. The only exception is if we can't send you any option at all for your route and dates. In that case, we return your fee in full.

Do I buy the ticket from you?

No. We send you the options, and you buy directly from the airline or booking site you choose. Your ticket money never passes through us.

Will you always find the cheapest fare?

We can't promise that. Fares change all the time, and no one can check every price at every moment. We promise a genuine search and the best options we find.

Can the price change after you send it?

Yes. Airlines control fares and seats, and these can change until you complete your booking. If an option suits you, book it soon.

Do you need my card or passport details?

No. We only need your travel details to search. Never send us your card number, bank login or passport copy.

Do you search one-way and multi-city trips?

Yes. Tell us your full plan and we'll search for it. Each trip counts as one search.

How long does a search take?

It depends on your route and how flexible you are. Message us and we'll let you know before you pay.

Who handles changes or cancellations?

The airline or booking site you bought from. Their rules apply, so check them before you pay for your ticket.

Yes. Message us with your country and we'll confirm your fee before you pay.

These terms apply when you use FlySafe ("we", "us"). By paying our service fee, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

1. Our service

FlySafe is an independent company. We search for flight options on your behalf and send you the results by WhatsApp or email. We are not an airline or a travel agency. We don't operate flights or issue tickets, and we are not registered, partnered or affiliated with any airline or agency.

2. Service fee

Our service fee is charged per search, for one trip. It is $7 in the United States and £10 in the United Kingdom. For other countries, we confirm the fee before you pay. Each new route or a major change of dates counts as a new search. The service fee is non-refundable and does not include your ticket price.

3. The service fee is separate from your booking

The service fee is the charge for the service we provide to you. It is separate from your booking and isn't part of the amount you pay the airline or booking provider. It doesn't include any ticket, tax, baggage charge or other travel cost.

4. The service fee is non-refundable

Once we have sent you options, our service is complete and the service fee is non-refundable. This applies whether or not you like the options, choose to book, change your plans or are unable to travel, and whether or not a fare or seat changes afterwards.

The only exception is if we can't send you any option for your route and dates. In that case, we return your fee in full within 7 days.

5. Buying your ticket

You buy your ticket directly from the airline or booking provider. Your contract for the ticket is with them, and their rules apply to baggage, changes, cancellations and refunds. We don't collect ticket payments.

6. Prices and availability

Fares and seats belong to airlines and booking providers and can change at any time until you complete your booking. Prices we send are correct to the best of our knowledge when sent, but we can't hold or guarantee them.

7. No guarantee of lowest price

We send the best options we find. We don't guarantee that any option is the lowest fare available anywhere.

8. Your responsibilities

Give us correct travel details.
Check the fare, dates, airline and rules before you pay for a ticket.
Make sure your name matches your passport or ID.
Check that you hold any passport, visa or health documents your trip requires.

9. Delays and disruption

We don't control flights. Delays, cancellations, schedule changes and baggage issues are handled by the airline or booking provider.

10. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for a search is limited to the service fee you paid for it. We aren't liable for losses caused by airlines, booking providers or other third parties. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that can't legally be removed.

11. Third-party names and flags

Any third-party name mentioned on this website or in our messages belongs to its owner and doesn't mean any partnership, approval or endorsement. Flags on this website only identify countries.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. The version in force when you paid applies to that search.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where FlySafe is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.

We keep your details for up to 12 months after your last request, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
